Happy new year!

Best wishes to all of you for 2022. May it bring much coaching and football success!

Here are your 3 tips for this week:

⚽️ Practice of the week

First, a drill for quick attacking, then recovery to defend 1v1:

🥅 Game of the week

Next, an interesting game to get players to experience two different styles of play: possession play and quick attacking. Which may bring up some questions: when to use one or the other, how to transition?

Man. City focus on a possessive style of play. 10 passes = a goal. They may use the neutral play & both GK’s. GK’s should be limited to 1 or 2 touches. Liverpool focuses on their direct style of play. As soon as they win the ball they can go to either goal to score. @TacticalPad

As a club we try to advise, guide and support our coaches by reminding them how they can be great coaches. This graphic was sent to all our coaches today as we all look forward to our first training session of 2022. ☘️⚽️💚@SundayShare10 @EnglandFootball @middxfa
