Good to see some new ideas for dynamic stretches, this time focusing on hip mobility:
Hip Mobility! 🦵 Series of dynamic exercises applicable to a range of contexts that get the heart pumping and help to develop mobility of the hip. Encourage pupils to work at a tempo that is comfortable and to build up movement range slowly.
