🥅 Game of the week
Next, a zonal SSG with a few tweaks: defenders stay in their third, attackers score by passing into the end zone. Lots of composure required!

1/2 A new zonal exercise variation we used today (MD -1). We included GKs in the build-up phase and we added endzones for the players to pass into to score. Defenders were constrained to their zone and attackers moved freely.
