This is not really about weight lifting per se. Three good points I took from this:
Keep looking for new ideas (including from other sports)
Be comfortable in going against popular opinions
Build up players’ individual responsibility

Should coaches always remain calm on the touchline? Interesting question raised on twitter (click on the tweet to see all the answers). The overwhelming consensus is Yes. “Ever notice that paramedics never run to the scene?”
