A good small-sided game to work on going through the thirds, by creating 2v1 situations in possession. Nice video!

A bit of a tricky topic this one (click on the tweet to see the whole thread): how do you handle “attention seeking” players? What about trying to connect with them, beyond football?

Thoughts around coaching 'mavericks' who are classified as attention seekers: is there a difference between 'attention seeking' and 'connection seeking' within youth development? If we re-termed it 'connection seeking', how would you change how you treat those same kids.
